Kristin Sorani
Author, Singer, Life Coach
Kristin Sorani’s journey is a testament to resilience and growth. Battling Lyme disease and various autoimmune disorders since childhood as well as overcoming her ‘stinkin’ thinkin’; the little lies we tell ourselves that are not the facts about who we truly are, she transformed her struggles into a profound understanding of health and wellness. Now, as a life coach, Kristin specializes in breaking generational patterns that hinder personal growth, guiding individuals towards optimal health and happiness.
Her passion for music has taken her around the globe, from performing in Europe to sharing her faith in Africa. In 2002 Kristin recorded a praise and worship album, “Amazing Love,” and now she creates music infused with her own lyrics and melodies, which can be viewed on YouTube or heard on music streaming platforms.
With a background in psychology, biology, and education, Kristin authored “I Wish I Were an Animal,” a children’s book promoting self-acceptance. She is currently working on her second book, aiming to empower kids to embrace healthy lifestyles.
Based in Southern Oregon with her husband and grown children, Kristin finds joy in cooking nutritious meals, riding dirt bikes, painting, and exploring nature with her energetic lab. Her life’s mission is to inspire others to reach their full potential through a blend of healthy living and positive thinking.
